The new Bella Sara set is out, I did 4 cards for it (and 1 old piece was used, more on that later). Here are Sara and Farah. I was happy to have some say in the look of Farah (I went for a dramatic and free spirited feel.. as if you just happen to spot her running on the dunes) and this is my first painting of Sara.

Love Sara, she looks whistful and dreamy :-)
Gorgeous! (as usual)
Sara is just lovely and Farah is a fierce desert beauty… you know, that just reminded me of Flame - one of the Black Stallion characters. Did you ever read any of Walter Farley's books?
Yep, I read alot of the Black Stallion books! =) I have to look, I might still have them.. its been awhile.
Farah's flowing drapery lends nicely to the design...love how there is both stillness and movement in this piece. It makes for a thought provoking image.
Hugs, Lisa
They're both beautiful. Love Farah! What great color and movement!
These are gorgeous, Jennifer! I love the way you did Farah's hair, rippling and shiny and free. Also love Sara's gossamer dress. :)
Absolutely magical! Lovely work!
Thank you Lisa, Lucky, Camen, and Edrian!
I had fun working in all of Farah's hair.
